Collecting public feedback on the draft documents to be submitted to the upcoming 13th National Party Congress is a vivid illustration for the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV)’s efforts to ensure democracy in the Party, said Vice Chairman of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Mass Mobilisation Nguyen Phuoc Loc.
Achievements in mass mobilisation work recorded over the last five years have contributed significantly to enhancing the close ties between the Party, the State, and the people, a Party official said at a conference in Hanoi on December 31.
The full text of several draft documents of the 13th National Party Congress has been published for public feedback from October 20 to November 10.
The 11th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Organisation for the 2020-2025 tenure opened on October 15, with 444 delegates taking part.
The official website of the 13th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) was launched on October 3, at http://daihoi13.dangcongsan.vn.
